fantastic visual kei bands.. :3

okay...firstly if you don't know what 'visual kei' is, let me tell you.

'Visual Kei (ヴィジュアル系) is a Japanese music movement and subculture that has been popular since the 1980's. The artists wear makeup, have elaborate hairstyles and costumes, usually coupled with androgynous aesthetics.'

Mostly I listen to metal (almost all kinds), but some years ago I've heard s visual kei band, called Dir En Grey. In the beginning the thing that caught me, was their unique music, but after some songs I felt like their appearance is important too (some ways) :P

Thanks to them, now i really like these kind of bands, so let me show you some of my favourite ones. ^^

-The Gazette :

(actually they play lot of other kind of music, such as alternative metal, hard rock, nu metal, even metalcore too)

My favourite song from them: Shiver

-Deathgaze:

(other music genres: melodic death metal, gothic metal, alternative metal. metalcore)

Favourite song: Dead Blaze

(this s maybe a bit brutal, so if you don't like scream and melodic death metal, don't check it out) :D

-Mejibray:

(genres: alternative metal, nu metal, Metalcore, avantgarde metal)

Favourite song: Divergence

-Kiryu:

(genres: rock, folk metal, alternative metal)

-Xaa Xaa:

(They are quite a fresh band, but i believe they're one of the best visual kei band out there)
